Luxury in simplicity. Interior architecture and turnkey design from Chattogram, for all 64 districts of Bangladesh and for clients abroad.
Luxury in simplicity
We are a modern interior architecture studio led by our founder, with ten years of practice behind every drawing. We look for the balance between luxury and simplicity, because that balance is what lasts: one clear idea in each room, materials chosen for our climate, and joinery that does its job without fuss.
See it before it is built
We listen and measure
How your family or team uses the space, then every wall, window and damp patch on site.
We draw every detail
Layouts, joinery and ceilings to scale, changed until they are right. A line costs nothing to move.
You see the finished room
Materials, colour and light in 3D, with an itemised quotation, before anyone cuts a board.
We build it and hand it over
We supervise on site, post dated photos to your portal and walk the finished space with you.
Four kinds of space, each with its own needs. Choose yours to see how we work on it.

Turnkey delivery
One team handles everything from the first drawing to the day you get the keys. It suits busy owners and families living abroad.
Enter your room size in feet. Place beds, sofa sets, showcases, dining tables, kitchen units and lights, then walk through it in 3D. Send it to us when you are ready, and we will start from your idea.
Our studio is at RB Court, Agrabad, Chattogram, and we take on work in all 64 districts of Bangladesh. Choose a division to see its districts.
International contracts
We also take on contracts outside Bangladesh, and work with Bangladeshi families living abroad who are building a home here. Drawings, approvals and dated site photos reach you through your portal, in any time zone.

10 years of practice
A decade of planning, drawing and finishing interiors means we have already met most of the problems your flat can hide, and we plan for them from the first visit.
Trained in interior architecture
Our founder holds a Bachelor of Interior Architecture and leads the design work, so layout, structure, services and finishes are thought through together rather than decorated as an afterthought.
All 64 districts, and abroad
From our studio at RB Court, Agrabad, Chattogram, we take on work anywhere in Bangladesh, along with international contracts agreed project by project.
An itemised quotation
Every line shows the material and the price. It also says what is left out, such as termite treatment, waterproofing or electrical upgrades, so nothing surprises you later.
Nothing changes without your approval
If something has to change on site, you see the extra cost and the extra days first. Work on that change starts only after you approve it in your portal.
Dated photos from site
Progress photos and notes arrive in your own portal with the date of each visit, so you can follow the work closely from Dhaka, Dubai or London.
